Pay Range: $90 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert and internal liaison for digital deliverables.
- Work with Medical Directors, vendors, Commercial, Operations and Medical Communications. colleagues to manage digital related projects and content development.
- The candidate will also be responsible for evaluating new digital approaches to current business needs.
- Contribute to the development of the Oncology digital communications strategy.
- Responsibilities will continue to evolve with the field.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Medical Communications, Oncology, budget management and Medical / Scientific / Clinical background.
- Advanced scientific or clinical degree in the life sciences (e.g. MD, Ph.D., Pharm.D.)
- Medical / Scientific / Clinical background in Oncology
- Experience in Medical Communications
- Experience managing agencies
- Experience with budget management
- Strong computer skills and understanding of the digital communications space.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, thinks critically, and adheres to deadlines.
- Demonstrate track record in building and maintaining a network of internal and external experts, experience in working across and building effective partnerships
- Result orientation and ability to drive positive outcomes and impact through excellence in execution
- Work effectively in a matrix environment, tactful and values teamwork and collaboration across functions
- Excellence in solving problems while exhibiting superior judgment and a balanced, realistic understanding of issues
